Former Jackass star, Bam Margera, has been in the news following his recent near-death experience. Margera had been dealing with a series of health issues and addiction problems, including alcohol addiction.

He has been open about his struggles and admitted to undergoing therapy and rehabilitation programs. In May 2022, he announced his one-year break from addiction, but in June, he fled from an inpatient treatment program, citing dissatisfaction with the services.

On Elvis's birthday, December 8th, he was pronounced dead, having contracted COVID-19, which caused him to have four seizures. Fortunately, he survived, but he reflects on the experience, stating that it was tough.

Margera's former team leader, Johnny Knoxville, expressed sympathy for his former colleague and extended his support to show solidarity with Margera. Knoxville revealed that he and other cast members of Jackass had a face-to-face meeting with Margera and his wife, trying to figure out how to get him help. Margera has also had a difficult family life, which added to his struggles.

His career and relationships with his wife and son were affected by his addiction problems. Despite his attempts to come clean, he relapsed several times, and his fans and friends stopped getting their hopes up. Margera's life and struggles serve as a reminder that addiction is a severe issue that requires patience, support, and professional help.
