Rapper, singer, and composer Trippie Redd hails from the United States. He is one of the most well-known figures in the SoundCloud rap community, which rose to popularity in the late 2010s. The lead song from his debut mixtape, A Love Letter to You (2017), "Love Scars," helped him gain notoriety.

Trippie Redd has released numerous hits including "Life's a Trip," "A Love Letter to You," volumes one, two, and three and he has works with artists like Travis Scott, Lil Wayne, and Young Thug.

He has garnered over 600 000 followers on Twitter, 6 million followers on Instagram, and nearly 900 000 followers on Soundcloud with songs like "I Kill People," "Dark Knight Demo," and "Romeo and Juliet," which have each received over 30 million streams, 50 million plays, and 60 million plays.

He has platinum-certified collaborations with some of the biggest musicians in the industry, and he most recently got into a heated argument with 6ix9ine.

Trippie Redd, a fellow Gemini creative, was born Michael Lamar White IV on June 18, 1999. He was given the moniker "Little 14" and has the number tattooed on his forehead since he spent his childhood on 14th Street in Canton, Ohio. He claimed that his grandma still resides on 14th Street and that there used to be a little community of residents who played music together.

According to some articles, the angel number 14 indicates that your guardian angels are actively working to assist you with a specific issue. Basically, Trippie has an angel looking over him who grants him the ability to talk in the most original ways.

He might have required an angel while growing up in canton. because it ranks as the second most deadly city in the United States, according to statistics. He claims that there is a lot of crime, including robberies and gang-related activity. If his word weren't enough evidence, trippie's mother had to raise him alone because his father was incarcerated at the time of his birth.

Except for Marilyn Manson, the singer who actually attended church with Trippy's mother, he claims that no star has ever come out of Canton.

Trippie got into problems and has gang ties to the Bloods, so growing up wasn't all angels and gospel. Despite having the color red in his stage name—the gang's colors—he hasn't actually revealed anything more about it.

Because of his penchant for smoking, his friends used to refer to him as the trippie hippy.

He claims that as a child, he never really bothered what other people thought of him and that he always dressed in somewhat peculiar ways. He had a blonde afro at one point. Trippie was raised in a musical environment where his mother was constantly playing songs by beyonce, Nas, and Tupac. In order to learn to appreciate melody, Trippy performed some independent crate-digging and discovered musicians like Lil Wayne, Tee Payne, Gucci, Tyler the Creator, Asap Rocky, Nirvana, and the band, Kiss.

His wide-ranging influences undoubtedly come through in his music, and he claims that his career goal is to record as many songs as he can in a variety of genres.

You might be surprised to learn that, according to him, he started creating extremely lyrical raps when he was 12 or 13 years old and performing them to impress others.

Trippie's older brother will have a significant impact on his life and profession when he chooses to. His brother was attempting to make a living by rapping, initially going by the name "dirty red." but sadly, he was involved in a vehicle accident in 2014 and never recovered. In addition to having several tattoos on his face, including a large scar over his eye, trippy has dedicated several songs to him, including the old tune "dirty redd."

Trippie set out to pursue both his own artistic aspirations as well as those of his brother. At the home of another cousin in canton, he began making music with his young cousin Nigel.

Early songs Trippie wrote, including "Sub-zero" and "new Ferrari," have subsequently been taken off from the internet because Trippie felt they didn't accurately reflect who he wanted to be as a musician. He was aware that leaving canton was necessary if he wanted to advance as an artist.

He first met Cody Shane and Lil wap in Atlanta, and he claims that the two of them immediately struck him as brothers.

Trippie had a lot of talent, and Wap gave him a studio. They collaborated on projects like "rock the world," "Trippy and unleashing my inner beast," and "beast mode." Trippy claimed that he never had to pay for a single studio session since atlanta residents admired him and his music so much.

Trippy Red was first heard by rapper Lil Twist from young money entertainment, who was interested in helping him sign to their label but it never materialized.

Despite not landing a deal with young money, Trippie would later team up with one of his idols, Lil Wayne. After being sued by tech n9ne's record company, Weird Music, he relocated to Los Angeles and signed with Strange Entertainment, which is now known as Elliott Grange Entertainment.

His very first song on Soundcloud was titled "mad vibes." The song became viral right away, receiving over 100,000 plays, and psychedelic Red launched his EP "white room project" in January 2017, which included tracks like "trap star," "purple vibes," and the hit "love scars."

Before beginning to write the song, he had love scars tattooed on his face, but once he had finished it, everything began to come together. You could say that an angel directed his artistic vision. He released the album "A love letter to you" on May 26, 2017, which included the songs "no smoke" and "romeo and juliet." He released "A love letter you'll never get" EP and "love letter to you too" in the same year. He was also the sole featured artist on the late xxxtentacion's studio debut, "17 on the track club." Their collaboration has since been certified platinum and has been streamed 173 million times on Soundcloud. The album peaked at number two on the US Billboard 200, sold 88 000 copies in just its first week, and has since achieved this feat.

After a dm conversation, x and trippie became friends, and according to trippie, they once spoke daily. Prior to x's passing, they had a brief argument but reconciled.

Travis Scott is featured on Trippy's song "Dark knight demo," which was released on December 5th, 2017. Trippie's first chart appearance as a lead artist, the song peaked at number 72 on the Billboard Hot 100, and was later awarded a platinum certification in 2018. Additionally, he was chosen to be a member of the XXL freshmen class alongside rappers jid and ski mask the slump god.

Trippy Red reportedly wasn't always meant to be a part of Drake's god's plan, as said by his dj. On New Year's Eve of 2018, a portion of the song went viral, and drake released it before trippy could finish his part. His DJ claimed that New Year's got too much popularity on Instagram.

Most notably, he and rapper Takashi 69 engaged in an online argument. Trippie and 6ix9ine collaborated on the gold-certified song "Poles 1469," which was posted on YouTube on August 27 and has received 121 million views. Trippy wanted out of their friendship, and they had been at odds ever since a photo of 6ix9ine standing behind a 13-year-old girl wearing big pants came online.

Trippie once forced himself into a conflict between Joiner Lucas and Tory Lanez. He has also clashed with the Ohio King.

Trippie was detained on June 12, 2018, for an alleged assault following an argument in Atlanta, however he was later released from custody on his 19th birthday.

Trippy's first studio album, "Likes to Trip," with production from Murder Beats, was released on August 10th, 2018. The album "Diplo and Scott Storch," which sold 72,000 copies in its first week, peaked at number 4 on the US Billboard 200. Shortly after, he released "a love letter to u 3," which featured the single "Topanga" and the song "negative energy," which he collaborated on with his longtime friend Cody Shane. Trippie claims his long-term goal is to receive a Grammy. We sincerely hope he receives his Grammy award someday because everything he has done thus far has been successful.
